The portal provides a real time, single source of truth for the client and staff. By automating and simplifying work flow, we have been able to grow in a controlled, efficient and sustainable fashion. Delivering operational reports, site audit information and invoicing the client requires no manual intervention beyond the job completion stage. Our clients receive a professional PDF file with photos seconds after the job onsite is complete, triggered by a mobile application utilised by the Triple H team, without any manual manipulation required by office staff. Customers have a personalised view of work schedules, job status and can access and customise operational reports.
In addition, clients also have access to information about the whereabouts of Triple H teams in a Google Maps format. By hovering over a bookmark on the map, the date and time of a site visit will be displayed without disclosing the actual site name or client.
